使用方法 时区转换器

时区转换器 常见问题
- 通过浏览器内置的 Intl 时区数据库，它跟踪每个时区的历史与未来夏令时规则。您无需知道某地区何时切换，转换后的时间本来就是对的。
- 某个时区进入或退出了夏令时。转换器反映的是您输入日期当天生效的规则，这正是它胜过固定偏移表的原因。
- 浏览器知道的所有 IANA 时区，几百个，覆盖所有有人居住的地区。缺了某个时区说明浏览器时区数据过旧，更新浏览器即可。
- 是，每秒更新。和转换器用的是同一份 Intl 数据，显示与换算完全一致。
- 不需要。一切用浏览器已有的数据，页面加载后断网也能换算时间。
