Unternehmensmargen-Rechner

All calculations happen instantly in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

So funktioniert Unternehmensmargen-Rechner

Gross Margin = (Revenue − COGS) ÷ Revenue × 100

Operating Margin = (Revenue − COGS − Operating Expenses) ÷ Revenue × 100

Net Margin = (Revenue − COGS − OpEx − Interest − Taxes) ÷ Revenue × 100

Each margin strips away one more layer of cost. Comparing all three reveals where profitability is being eroded, production costs, overhead, or financing.

Branchenspezifisch. Software: Brutto 70–80 %, operativ 20–30 %. Einzelhandel: Brutto 30–50 %, operativ 3–8 %. Professionelle Dienstleistungen: Brutto 50–70 %, operativ 15–25 %.

Are the numbers I enter into this calculator saved or tracked?

No. Every calculation runs right inside your browser using local code. Your salary, debts, and loan numbers stay completely private. Nothing is ever saved or sent to any server.

How should I account for taxes, inflation, and unexpected fees?

Most formulas show baseline estimates. In real life, keep local taxes, inflation, and bank fees in mind so your budget matches your actual costs.
